Furthermore, Doug has over 35 years of experience building and developing Muskoka residential and recreational properties. People who know him, trust him and he would welcome the opportunity to serve anyone in the pursuit of real estate knowledge.
Experience has been a great teacher and throughout his professional life, he has developed an instinctive ability to listen and understand the needs and desires of his client’s. Since receiving his real estate licence in 2010 Doug has spent the majority of his career with Forest Hill Real Estate, joining them in their first year expanding to Muskoka. Since 2010, Forest Hill has grown to have 4 offices throughout Muskoka and over 40 offices throughout the GTA and southern Ontario. In 2014 Doug joined forces with Rebecca Penwell and together they have served numerous clients with Recreational, Residential and Commercial needs.
Being part of the Forest Hill Real Estate family allows Doug and Rebecca (D&R) to offer you the most comprehensive Real Estate services available between Muskoka, Southern Ontario and around the Globe. Outside of her professional endeavours, Rebecca is an avid health enthusiast who also actively participates in the community, She volunteers her time to support community charitable organizations and serves as a valued Board Member of the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation and a member of the Bracebridge /Muskoka Lakes Rotary Club.
Rebecca joined forces with her business partner, Doug Hogarth in 2014, they are celebrating their 10 year Anniversary and promise a continued successful business.
